I'm Changiz,
An “IT Guy” by day, and a Food Enthusiast by heart.

As much as I enjoy navigating through technical intricacies, my true escape lies in the heart of my kitchen.

You know how some people unwind with video games or Netflix? Well, my happy place is right at my stove. After a day of dealing with tech stuff, there's nothing better than rolling up my sleeves and cooking up something tasty. Here's the thing - I started Culinary Empire because I believe anyone can cook amazing food. You don't need fancy equipment or complicated recipes. I'm just a regular guy who loves food and wants to share what I've learned along the way. 
Whether I'm cooking for my family or trying out new recipes, the kitchen is where I feel most at home.  What makes this really fun is how I get to blend my tech world with my love for cooking. The reality is I love tech, You could say I'm an Apple fanatic - whether it's the ones powering my devices or the ones going into my pies! 
And hey, the best part? Nothing beats seeing people enjoy the food you've made with love. That's what makes all the chopping, stirring, and taste-testing worth it!

Now that you know a little about me, let me tell you why I started Culinary Empire; I did it, because I truly believe that everyone has it in them to be amazing their kitchen - Yes, that includes you even if you are not confident cook.
The truth is, everyone starts somewhere, and I’ve learnt that cooking isn’t just about following recipes, it’s about building confidence, using intuition and turning everyday cooking into something truly amazon. 
So through my YouTube channel and this website, I’m on a mission to share everything I know and have learnt (and am still learning) with you, so together, we can create memories and keep those precious family traditions alive!
